When can I expect my order to arrive?
Please allow approximately 1-3 business days (M-F) for your order to process through our warehouse, except as noted on individual product pages. NOTE: Holiday and seasonal costumes and accessories may require additional processing time. The shipment day as well as Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered transit days or delivery days. SHIPPING & RETURNS We ship all orders via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Shipping Charges are based on distance and weight that is calculated through our shopping cart. As a general rule, we ship in-stock orders within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) of receiving your order. However, if your order is received before 12:00 PM (PST), you can usually expect your package to be shipping that very same day. How can I return/exchange an item(s)?
At The Halloween Costume Store, we understand our customers, we know your decision to purchase Costumes over the internet where they can not be inspected for quality or tried on ahead of time. To accommodate for this, The Halloween Costume Store has developed an Return/Exchange Policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, you may return/exchange the item(s). If exchanging item(s), you may exchange for a different size or for something of equal or greater value. Our Return/Exchange Policy is as follows: * There are No Returns or Exchanges on Hats, Wigs, Masks, Make-up or Costume Accessories. * All items are thoroughly checked prior to shipping. If an item is damaged or destroyed in shipping, please contact us at support@thehalloweencostumestore.com immediately upon inspection. * Costume may be exchanged for a different size or another item of equal or greater value within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Please open your costume and try it on as soon as it arrives. Please note: buyer will pay for shipping cost of the exchanged product(s). Please review our sizing chart carefully before making a purchase or exchange. * To return/exchange an item, you must email us at support@thehalloweencostumestore.com within 3 days of receiving your merchandise to obtain an Return/Exchange Authorization (REA) number and return/exchange instructions. The Halloween Costume Store is not responsible for shipping charges on exchanged items. * All shipping charges are nonrefundable. * Once Return/Exchange Authorization is given, your package must be post-marked within 5 days of the return/exchange authorization date. Item(s) return/exchanged after the REA expiration date will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. * Items being return/exchanged MUST be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. We do not accept return/exchanges on worn merchandise. The item(s) will be sent back to you at your expense if we feel they have been worn and no credit will be issued. * Refused packages and item(s) returned without an Return/Exchange Authorization Number will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%. * There are NO Returns or Exchanges on special orders or orders containing over 12 pieces of an item. IMPORTANT Halloween Return/Exchange Policy Exclusion Dates: Due to the seasonal nature of our merchandise, All orders shipped between October 10 and November 3rd are FINAL SALE. THEY ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. Please be sure to review sizes and double check basket contents before ordering. We advise you to order early to avoid problems and disappointment during this short block out period.

How to search for all the sizes available for a costume?
We have design our listings to list by size of each costume. The easy way to find out all the sizes that are available is to simply copy and paste the Title of the Costume into the Search field and Ecrater will list all the available sizes. An example of our Title looks like this: "LARGE -Child's Superstar Cheerleader Uniform Dress Up Costume" ***Copy and paste just the Title into the search field, leave out the size information (LARGE)*** Of course, you can always send us an email too. Important information for International Orders
ATTENTION ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS We currently use United State Postal Service for all international orders. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and we are not responsible for packages delayed by customs. Generally, if your package is being delivered to a major metropolitan area, your shipping time will be on the shorter side of the times listed above. Rural/remote areas of Canada will have the longest shipping times and may exceed the times listed above for extremely remote areas. USPS INTERNATIONAL (United State Postal Services) Shipping Options / Days *Priority Mail International - 7-10 business days in most Country outside of US territory. *Express Mail International - 4-6 business days in most Country outside of US territory. **Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and we are not responsible for packages delayed by customs. All shipping times quoted are based on the time it leaves our warehouse (1-2 days after the order is placed.) SHIPPING CHARGES To view the shipping charges on any order, simply place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart and select your shipping country on the shopping cart page. CURRENCY All currency displayed is in US dollars and will be billed as such. Exchange rates may fluctuate. Please note that some banks may charge additional fees for currency conversion. Please contact your bank directly for additional details and rates. DUTIES AND TAXES You will be responsible to pay any additional taxes, duties, or any additional fees upon arrival of the delivery. We are unable to estimate costs associated with the additional fees. Please contact the your local customs office for more information on additional fees. Please familiarize yourself with customs laws prior to ordering. Due to specific regulations, we are unable to ship all products Internationally. We will contact within 1-2 business to inform you if your order is not eligible to ship internationally due to license agreement or oversize of the product. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS Most products can be returned within 3 days of the delivery date. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. Buyer must pay for return shipping cost. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.
